A conference entitled 'Citizenship, identity and immigration in the European Union' will take place on 27 and 28 March in Rome, Italy.
The aim of the conference is to improve dialogue between researchers, policy-makers, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and citizens on the results of research financed by the European Commission's Research Directorate-General under the theme 'Citizenship, identity and immigration'. This is to contribute towards the wider aim of improving evidence-based policy-making in the immigration field.
The event is part of a series of conferences organised by the Think&Act project on different themes covered by the 'Citizens and governance' thematic priority of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).For more information, please visit:
