A workshop on 'frontier research' will take place on 2 April in Rome, Italy.
The event will present the contents of the 'Ideas' programme of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), which supports frontier research solely on the basis on scientific excellence, as well as details of its implementation via the European Research Council (ERC).
A representative from the European Commission's Research Directorate-General will be present to provide details about the 'ERC starting grant' and to respond to participants' questions.For more information, please visit:
