World conference on research integrity

A world conference on research integrity will take place in Lisbon, Portugal from 16 to19 September.
The conference will aim to provide researchers, research administrators, research sponsors, journal editors, representatives from professional societies, policymakers, and others with an opportunity to discuss strategies for harmonising research misconduct policies and fostering responsible conduct in research.
Plenary sessions will address a wide range of topics, including:
- confronting research misconduct;
- institutional challenges and responsibilities;
- prevention and training in the responsible conduct of research;
- guidelines for authorship and publication;
- international codes and best practice guidelines.
The event is supported by the European Commission and hosted by the Portuguese Ministry for Science, Technology and Higher Education (MCTES) in the framework of the Portuguese Presidency of the EU.For more information, please click:
