An international congress on food and nutrition will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from 22 to 24 October.
The congress will highlight current areas of research, and will explore topics that are likely to be important in the future.
The event will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and views between leading scientists (including food scientists, technologists, nutritionists and medical professionals), as well as business leaders and investors.
