The second international EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource Network) Congress will take place on 26 and 27 September in Granada, Spain.
EuroFIR is a five-year project funded by the European Commission's Sixth Framework Programme (FP6). The main aim of the project is to provide a single, authoritative source of food composition data in Europe.
The event will bring together experts in the field of food composition data from around the world and members of the EuroFIR network. Its aim will be to describe how EuroFIR is contributing to important work in the field of food composition data and provide examples of how data are used in a variety of settings, including public health, research and the food industry.For more information, please visit:
