The seventh edition of the EURAFRIC-PARTNERS forum, 'European partnership meetings with Africa', will be held in Lyon, France from 23 to 26 October.
The theme of this year's event is water and energy in Africa, with a focus on finance and technology transfer as well as partnerships with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
