Polyphenols applications, Malta

An international conference on the applications of polyphenols, looking at the state-of-the-art and future trends, will take place in St Julian's, Malta, from 14 to 16 November.

The event will address the latest on the benefits of polyphenols; recent advances in chronic disease prevention using polyphenols; highly bioactive polyphenols; polyphenols from fruit and vegetable waste; and polyphenols applications in the food industry.
