An information day on the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) will take place in Chania, Crete, on 21 September.
Officials from the European Commission will deliver presentations on the following programmes:
- Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) programme
- Socio-economic Sciences and the Humanities (SSH) programme
- Specific Programme 'Ideas'
- Regions of knowledge and Research Potential (Regional) programmes.
The speakers include the European Commission's Kostas Glinos, Head of Embedded Systems Unit, DG Information Society and Media and Dimitris Corpakis, Head of Unit for Horizontal Aspects and Coordination, DG Research.
