An orientation and training seminar on innovation policies and practices in Europe will take place in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, on 4 October.
The event will present the results of the EU-funded NOVAREGIO project, as well as a handbook on regional research and innovation policies and practices. The handbook is the result of benchmarking exercises that led to the identification of 11 best practices.
