A workshop on synergies from global chemical screening programmes will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 1 October.
The workshop is organised jointly by the EU-funded CASCADE Network of Excellence and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The goal of the event is to boost European participation in global screening programmes. Items on the agenda include:
- Visions of the ToxCast program and Molecular Screening Project;
- How can Europe take part in the Molecular Screening Project?
- Which synergies are expected from world wide collaboration on chemical screening?
- Public availability and best use of results;
