A seminar on the certification of costs and methodology under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) will take place in London, UK, on 5 October.
Three speakers from the European Commission will explain how the new funding structure works and how it should be applied by the research community and the auditors to meet the requirements of FP7.
The first part of the seminar will focus on the FP7 grant agreement and the legal background to the financial structure and audit principles. The next session will explain in some detail both the certification of finance as well the certification of methodology.
