Growing Galileo: conference and exhibition

A major event to launch Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) activities under the Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7) will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on 14 and 15 November.

The two-day conference and exhibition, on the theme of 'Growing GALILEO - New technologies, new applications, new benefits, new horizons', will urge researchers to:

- Discover FP7 funding opportunities and the specific focus of the first call for proposals;
- Learn about technologies and applications developed for GNSS under the EU's Sixth Research Framework Programme (FP6);
- See new FP6 technologies and applications on display;
- Meet, network and form partnerships with other organisations;
