A 'finance and new information systems' day will be held in Paris, France, on 28 November.
The convergence of grid technology, virtualisation, web services and service oriented architectures is a major issue for both science and business.
In this context, these new technologies can provide the foundations for flexible service-oriented infrastructures in various domains. In particular, this is a strategic challenge for the finance sector, where they may bring significant advantages and the capacity of innovation to many bank activities.
The objective of the seminar is to give an overview of the aims, the challenges and the synergies among these new architectures in the financial domain.
