Spain to host FP7 conference

A conference on the EU's Seventh Framework Programme for research and technological development (FP7) will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 29 January.
The event will have high-profile participants, including Spain's ministers for education and science, and industry, tourism and commerce. The Director-General of the Commission's Research DG, José Manuel Silva, will also attend.
The event will address: industrial leadership, industrial researchers and new ways of collaboration; how to prepare a proposal for funding; and an international vision of research, development and innovation, from the regional to European level.For further information, please visit:
