A conference on paediatric drug development will be held in Genoa, Italy, from 29 May to 1 June.
The meeting aims to stimulate and mobilise interaction among the three major stakeholders in the drug development process, namely, academia, industry and regulatory authorities. It will examine the medicinals research and development process, from pre-clinical and early-phase clinical development, to biomarker validation, study design and management, data analysis, ethical review, regulatory submission and research governance, using the field of rare paediatric rheumatic disorders as a paradigm.
The conference is part of a Marie Curie Actions-sponsored series of events entitled 'Translational Research in Paediatric Rheumatology' (TRiPR).For more information, please visit:
