A conference organised by the European Science Foundation on Quantum Optics will be held in Obergurgl, Austria, from 24 February to 1 March.
Entitled 'Quantum Optics: From Photons and Atoms to Molecules and Solid State Systems', the aim of the conference will be to bring together scientists from various fields to study and discuss the similarities and synergies between the different realisations of quantum optical systems and to identify new trends and possible applications.
