An information day on the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) Joint Technology Initiative (JTI) will be held in Madrid, Spain on 11 March.
The aim of the event is to disseminate information on the IMI and encourage Spanish participation in IMI projects. It is aimed at academia, researchers in the national health system, regulators and companies. The speakers will provide a general overview of the IMI as well as details of the IMI's scientific priorities for 2008, which include brain disorders, diabetes, respiratory diseases, safety biomarkers, pharmacovigilance and education and training.
