The EU-funded project RIGHT ('RNA interference technology as human therapeutic tool') is organising a public training course from 17 to 20 June, in Sesimbra, Portugal. The aim is to discuss the chemical bottlenecks involved in the development of nucleic acid therapeutics.

More specifically, the topics to be addressed in various sessions are:
- new methods for oligonucleotide synthesis;
- new chemical modifications to make nucleic acids therapy a reality;
- nucleic acids delivery;
- oligonucleotide-based drug development strategies;
- biophysical and biochemical studies of nucleic acids.

The course is intended for Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers and assistant professors. The maximum capacity for this meeting is 80 participants.For further information, please visit:
