SEAFOODplus open conference, Copenhagen, Denmark
The main objective of the conference is the presentation of the most interesting results obtained in the SEAFOODplus project, which started at the beginning of 2004 and will come to a close at the end of 2008. During the conference days a selection of the best achievements of interest to industry, science, and the general public will be presented. Session topics include:
