The EU-funded SEAFOODplus project is organising its fifth open conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 8 to 10 June.
The main objective of the conference is the presentation of the most interesting results obtained in the SEAFOODplus project, which started at the beginning of 2004 and will come to a close at the end of 2008. During the conference days a selection of the best achievements of interest to industry, science, and the general public will be presented. Session topics include:
- seafood and nutrition;
- seafood and consumers;
- seafood safety;
- seafood from source to consumer products;
- seafood from aquaculture;
- seafood and traceability;
- integration within SEAFOODplus;
