A Sino-Swedish workshop on novel semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden, on 16 and 17 June.
After a first workshop was held in Beijing two years ago, the purposes of this latest event is to provide a forum for scientists from both countries to present a progress report on their research and exchange ideas in the field of semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices.
