An information session on the EUROSTARS programme will take place on 11 September in Brussels, Belgium.
EUROSTARS is one of four Article 185 (ex 169) Initiatives to receive support under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). Generally speaking, these initiatives aim to integrate Member States' national research efforts in certain areas and thus pooling resources and preventing duplication.
More specifically, the EUROSTARS programme focuses on small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), which frequently find it difficult to obtain financial support for their often high-risk research and development (R&D) projects.
The info session is intended for:
- research directors and project managers in R&D-performing SMEs wanting to organise and lead an international, market-driven, collaborative research project;
- project managers in SMEs, large companies, research centres, and universities, who are interested in international collaborative research with R&D-performing SMEs.For further information, please click:
