The first European conference on software services and service-oriented knowledge utilities technologies (SSOKU09) will take place on 13 and 14 January 2009 in Brussels, Belgium.
This event, jointly organised by the EU-funded 3S and CHALLENGERS projects, is intended to set the foundation for an annual European summit on software services and service-oriented knowledge utilities (SOKU) technologies.
More than 200 experts, including researchers, industrial and political representatives from the European Commission and national authorities, will come together for two days to discuss the future of grids and software as well as service-oriented architectures.
The latest results of the 'CHALLENGERS' research agenda and roadmap on grids' and the 'European community for software & software services (ECSS) white paper on software and service architectures, infrastructures and engineering' will be presented and serve as the basis for further evaluation and discussion.For further information, please visit:
