Event on the fundamentals and development of fuel cells, Nancy, France

The Fundamentals and Developments of Fuel Cell Conference 2008 (FDFC2008) is scheduled to take place in Nancy, France, from 10 to 12 December.

The international conference aims to present technical and scientific results of research on fuel cell materials, fuel cell stacks and systems and their applications. The event also seeks to foster international scientific exchange between laboratories, fuel cells suppliers, component manufacturers and industrial end-users.

The three-day technical conference will consist of invited lectures, contributed papers and posters. The following topics will be addressed:
- the fundamentals of fuel cells, with an emphasis on physicochemical phenomena occurring in fuel cells;
- the development of fuel cell components and systems;
- fuel cell applications;
