The Civilian European Land-Robot Trial (C-ELROB) will take place from 15 to 18 June 2009 in Oulu, Finland.

The event, for which participants can still register until 30 November, is dedicated to robotics in security domains, fire brigades, civil protection and disaster control. Scenarios include:
- reconnaissance and surveillance;
- transport - mule;
- camp security;
- autonomous navigation.

ELROB aims to bridge the gap between users, industry and research in the field of robotics. It is organised in order to provide an overview of the latest European research in the field of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with a focus on the near-term development of feasible robot systems.For further information, please visit:
