Congress on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources for south-east Europe, Sofia, Bulgaria

The fifth international congress on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources for south-east Europe will take place from 6 to 8 April in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The event aims to encourage investment in energy efficiency and the implementation of renewable energy in the region. It combines scientific and industrial issues from all perspectives of energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy sources (RES). The congress will also provide industry professionals with the latest technologies, strategies and best practices that lower costs and improve reliability.

Topics on the agenda include:
- EE as the most important precondition for the success of RES-implementation;
- photovoltaic (PV) and solar technology in south-east Europe;
- installations of PV and solar systems;
- wind-, geothermal- and bio-solutions;
