The final conference of the UP2YOUTH ('Youth - actor of social change') project will take place on 5 and 6 March in Brussels, Belgium.

The event, entitled 'Findings from European youth research - UP2YOUTH meets policy makers and youth researchers', is organised in cooperation with the European Commission and other EU-funded youth research projects.

The three-year UP2YOUTH project has analysed the active role of young people in social change, focussing on the areas of family formation, transitions to work in contexts of migration and ethnic minorities, and youth participation.

In addition to giving insights into the results of this research, this conference will also offer the opportunity to get acquainted with a range of other youth-related research projects under the Sixth and the Seventh Framework Programmes (FP6 and FP7).For further information, please download the conference programme:
