A conference entitled 'Women in academia - barriers and good practice' will be held in Aarhus, Denmark, from 18 to 19 May.
The conference mainly targets female academics, regardless of their field of study, who are contemplating a university career or have already embarked on one. The conference is also open to anyone interested in career options for women (e.g. decision makers, managers and human resources personnel).
Speech topics at the conference include women and science, women and academia, and organisational change. There will also be a poster session and parallel workshops.
