The 20th International Congress on X-Ray Optics and Microanalysis (ICXOM20) will take place from 14 to 18 September in Karlsruhe, Germany.
The ICXOM event series is dedicated to the fields of X-ray optics and micro (nano) analysis by means of X-ray beams, electrons or other energetic particles. At this year's edition, presentations will introduce recent advances in fundamental and applied research in micro and nano analysis, including application examples as well as methodological and instrumental developments, and X-ray optics.
The event is co-organised by the Institute for Transuranium Elements (ITU) at the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC).For further information, please visit:
