The third Transatlantic Fisheries Technology (TAFT) conference will take place from 15 to 18 September in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The event focuses on seafood technology and is a joint event gathering the Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference (AFTC) and West European Fish Technologists Association (WEFTA) meeting.

Tentative session topics include:
- 'Sustainable aquaculture for tailor-made seafood';
- 'Global supplies - new safety challenges';
- 'Retaining nutritional value through the processing chain to the consumer's plate';
- 'Seafood and health - benefits and perceived risks';
- 'Robotics and the application of new technology in the seafood processing industry';
