International workshop on biological UV-dosimetry

An international workshop on biological UV-dosimetry will take place in Budapest, Hungary, on 3 December 1994. The event is being organized with the support of DG XII of the European Commission.

Lectures will cover the following topics:

- Action spectrum of UV carcinogenesis;
- Solar UV monitoring based on a UVB-induced DNA photoproduct;
- DNA damage action spectroscopy;
- The Australian solar UVR environment;
- The in-vitro model of pre-vitamin D photosynthesis as a possible monitor of UVB radiation.
