An international conference on parallel computing entitled 'ParCo 2009' will take place from 1 to 4 September in Lyon, France.
The programme combines keynote and contributed papers, mini-symposia on advanced topics and an industrial exhibition.
The conference aims to give an overview of the latest in developments, applications and future trends in high performance computing for all platforms. Further, the event addresses the various aspects of parallel computing, including applications, hardware and software technologies, as well as languages and development environments. Special emphasis will be placed on:
- the role of high performance processing to solve real-life problems, including scientific, engineering and multidisciplinary applications;
