The first FeedNetback ('Feedback design for wireless networked systems') annual workshop will take place on 23 September in Venice, Italy.

The goal of the workshop is to establish an annual forum for the latest advances in modern control system feedback techniques. It will be an opportunity to meet innovators from Europe's research community as well as developers and users of related technologies and applications.

The workshop comprises four sessions:
- a session with three keynote presentations giving an overview of the latest research results from within the FeedNetback project;
- a session with two invited academic presentations describing novel approaches outside of the project;
- a session on the application challenges addressed by the project;
- a panel discussion on the applicability of technologies in current and future application domains.

The workshop will be held in conjunction with the IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control) workshop on estimation and control of networked systems.For further information, please visit:
