Human Capital and Mobility fellows in Germany

A conference entitled "HCM fellows in Germany" will take place in Rostoch, Germany on 10-12 October 1994. The conference is organized by HCM-Kontakstalle, which is part of the German Federal Ministry of Research and Technology and is devoted to human capability and mobility fellows working in Germany.

The European Commission's HCM programme has supported over 5,000 fellowships throughout the EU enabling researchers from one country to study in another. The Rostok conference will bring together many of the non-German fellows who were accepted to carry out research by German institutions.

The feedback from the conference will contribute to the elaboration of the training and mobility of researchers programme implementing the Fourth Framework programme which is expected to be approved by the Council of the European Union at its meeting on 1 December 1994.

The conference will both stimulate debate and encourage networking between young researchers who will be drawn from across the European Union.
