A workshop on 'Managing data quality for collaborative science' will be held in Chicago, United States on 21 June 2010.
This event programme will cover such areas as: data quality for scientific workflow systems, curated database systems, data streaming systems and hybrid systems.
Advances in grid computing have encouraged the proliferation of automated and semi-automated data driven scientific applications. These applications, in turn, have produced data products which are disseminated to scientific projects and consumers who rely upon them as a vital resource in experimental processes.
The workshop will provide a forum for both consumers and producers to discuss the challenges in data quality management. The event will also highlight the future of research in the field.For further information, please visit:
