Event on 'Empowering the pan-European community in a competitive global environment', Trento, Italy
The event will cover issues ranging from the general 'What is innovation?' to more concrete, open sessions and workshops that address the current European status quo in technology and the innovation cycle.
The first day of the event will feature keynote presentations addressing current challenges in technology and entrepreneurial innovation in Europe. The discussion will concern the importance for Europe's industry, academic, private investment, research, government and scientific sectors to work collaboratively. This will aid in increasing the level of innovation required to successfully compete globally.
The second day will examine the question of how best to unlock Europe's true potential with the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) serving as a conduit to information and communication technology (ICT) innovation through strategic and grassroots initiatives.
