The Fourth European Conference on Software Architecture (ECSA 2010) will take place from 23 to 26 August in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As the systems that run everything from air conditioning units to air traffic control become increasingly complex, the role of software architecture in the engineering of software-intensive applications grows in importance. Component-based and service-oriented architectures are critical to the design, development and evolution of all software systems.

Following the success of previous editions, ECSA 2010 will bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to share novel ideas on the foundations, languages, models, techniques, tools, and applications of software architecture technology.
