A conference on sports science and sports medicine will take place in Newcastle upon Tyne, England from 19 to 21 August 2010.
The three-day programme brings together leading experts in both sports science and sports medicine in the build up to the 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games.
The first two days of the programme will consist of two days featuring parallel sessions on sports medicine and sports science. Each day will feature one plenary session open to all conference delegates.
