Artificial immune systems (AIS) is a diverse and maturing area of research that bridges the disciplines of immunology and engineering. The scope of AIS ranges from modelling and simulation of the immune system to immune-inspired algorithms and engineering solutions.
The event aims to build on the success of previous editions by providing a forum for researchers in academia and industry to present and discuss the latest advances. In addition to peer-reviewed papers, the conference programme will feature a range of plenary lectures and tutorials.
A workshop on 'biologically-inspired pervasive adaptation' will be held as part of the conference. The session will be sponsored by the EU-funded Proactive initiative on pervasive adaptation (Perada). The project targets technologies and design paradigms for pervasive information and communication systems, which are capable of autonomously adapting in dynamic environments.For further information on registration, please visit:
