International Conference on Electronic Commerce and Web Technologies, Bilbao, Spain
Electronic commerce has evolved into a well-established sector, both from a technological and business point of view. Nevertheless, new challenges and issues have emerged.
This conference aims to provide a clear picture of the current state of the industry by focusing on a number of relevant topics, such as related to theoretical foundations of e-commerce, business processes and new emerging technologies. Also on the agenda are such areas as the semantic web, web services, service-oriented architectures and mobile and ubiquitous computing.
The conference will be organised around four main thematic tracks: agent-based electronic commerce, service oriented e-commerce and business processes, e-payment, security and trust and recommender systems. Each of these tracks will have a central point with related topics of interest. Even though the main focus of the conference is the relationship between e-commerce and emerging technologies, theoretical issues as well as cross-track contributions will also be encouraged.
The conference is co-located with the 21st International Conference on Database and Expert Systems Applications. For further information, please visit:
