A working conference on 'research on enterprise transformation' will be held in Delft, the Netherlands on 9 November 2010.

Enterprises are constantly being influenced by new technologies, new markets, globalisation, mergers, acquisitions and other external factors. These influences mean enterprises need to be able to adapt. But how these transformations take place and in what capacity are still not wholly understood.

What works and does not work requires validation in real-life situations. Conversely, it is in industrial practice where challenges can be found that may fuel and inspire researchers. This field of study, known as enterprise transformation, therefore requires a close interaction between practice and academia.

The event is organised to be highly interactive. In addition to paper sessions, there will be a number of parallel think-tank sessions focusing on various topics, aiming for further development of issues and directions shared between practice and academia.For further information, please visit:
