The Fourth International Web Rule Symposium: Research Based and Industry Focused will be held on 21 to 23 October 2010 in Washington DC, USA.
The International Web Rule Symposium's goal is to build a bridge between academia and industry in the field of rules and semantic technology on the web. This year, topics for discussion will focus on applications of web rule technologies for business and information systems.
The main themes within these topics will include rules, semantic technology and cross-industry standards, transformation and extraction, rule-based event processing and reaction rules, among others.
The symposium has evolved from a series of annual workshops in 2002 to its present international conference format. This year it will be co-located with the Thirteenth Business Rules Forum.For further information, please visit:
