The 2Ways Science festival and Young Europeans science parliament will be held from 29 November to 1 December 2010 in Brussels, Belgium.

The Science festival will feature 17 projects created during the course of the Seventh Framework Programme-funded 'Two ways for communicating european research about life sciences with science festivals and science centres/museums, science parliaments impact survey' (2Ways) project. Teams of from more than 60 universities, research centres and science event organisers who participated in the projects will talk about their findings.

The Young Europeans science parliament will be a stakeholder meeting consisting of representatives sent by 29 local science parliaments from around Europe. Plenary sessions will be accessible via simulcast on the internet. At the same time, a limited number of visitors will be able to attend in person.

The 2Ways project has sought to develop, show and evaluate interactive and dialogical presentations of ongoing European life science research. Activities have included science festivals, parliaments on life science issues and an extensive impact study. For further information, please visit: http://www.twoways.eu/Web/Home/(opens in new window)
