International symposium on ambient intelligence, Salamanca, Spain
Ambient intelligence is an area where computers are used as proactive tools to assist people with their day-to-day activities. The topic started as a future trend in consumer electronics, telecommunications and computing that was originally developed in the late 1990s.
An underlying goal of ambient intelligence is the inclusion of computational power and communication technologies in everyday objects in ways that their presence is as invisible as possible.
The conference aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines that constitute the scientific field of ambient intelligence to present and discuss the latest results, new ideas, projects and lessons learned. For further information, please visit: http://isami.usal.es/(opens in new window)
