The Institute of European Trade and Technology will hold a one-day seminar and consultation day on "How to maximize your chances of success in the forthcoming Framework Four calls for proposals". It will take place on 24 November 1994 in London.

The seminar is designed to provide potential UK proposers with information and advice in order to prepare a proposal in time for the forthcoming calls for proposals, expected on 15 December 1994 under the Fourth Framework Programme.

The programme for the day includes the following:

- Up-to-date overview of the Framework Programme calls for proposals to be published on 15 December 1994;
- Step-by-step demonstration of how to write a winning proposal;
- Detailed explanation of contracting and intellectual property right (IPR) issues;
- Evaluator's briefing and tips;
- Examples of winning strategies, methods and problem-solving solutions.

The seminar is aimed at all research organizations, project leaders, R&D coordinators, academics, research institutes, industrial companies, SMEs, information and funding consultants, banks, professional associations, public authorities and other public sector organizations.
