'Natural products chemistry, biology and medicine IV', Acquafredda di Maratea, Italy
Natural products have provided challenging target structures for the advancement of the science of synthesis. This research area supports the development new techniques to synthesise materials with a desired structure, properties or behaviour.
Current efforts are devoted to provide efficient processes that allow the selective synthesis of natural products and their analogs for the application in biological chemistry and as potential drug candidates. Innovation at the interface between chemistry and medicine relies on selective molecules.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, shorter presentations and poster sessions with the aim of fostering discussion and exchange of ideas among scientists at all levels. For further information, please visit: http://www.cost.esf.org/events/naturalproducts4(opens in new window)
