The Fifth International Conference on Keeping Children and Young People Safe On-line will take place from 20 to 21 September 2011 in Warsaw, Poland.

The conference will bring together representatives and stakeholders from the education sector, non-governmental organizations, law enforcement, government and industry. A wide variety of issues relating to children and young people's safety on-line, such as privacy and social networking sites, managing online identity, plagiarism online, educational strategies and emerging trends, will be addressed.

The aims of the event are to raise awareness of the new challenges and opportunities in fighting online threats and share best practices across different sectors. Sessions will be led by recognized international experts in the field of child protection.
