'Nuclear receptors: from molecular mechanism to health and disease', Barcelona, Spain
Nuclear receptor signalling regulates the proliferation and differentiation of numerous cell types and controls the physiological functions of many tissues. They are expressed in the vast majority of cell types ranging from stem cells and normally differentiated cells to cancer cells and other diseased cell types. Target gene identification is crucial for a molecular understanding of the function of nuclear receptors.
The aim of this conference will be to discuss molecular mechanisms of nuclear receptor signalling in health and disease. It will be an opportunity to learn about not only recent advances in the field, but also pharmacological interventions available and therapeutics. For further information, please visit: http://cwp.embo.org/cfs3-11-04/index.html(opens in new window)
