A workshop entitled 'International defence and homeland security simulation' will take place from 19 to 21 September 2012 in Vienna, Austria.
Modeling and simulation are used in the defence and security industries to simulate real world conditions. The level of modeling activity sophistication depends on the level of activities at which a simulation is performed, and can include such diverse tasks as concept exploration, planning, acquisition, training, testing and assessment.
