The Eighth Hellenic Society for Systemic Studies National and International Conference will take place on 5 to 7 July 2012 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The main theme of the conference will be the dynamic scientific area of systems approach to strategic management with applications in organisations and enterprises across a wide spectrum of both service and production industry sectors.
Strategic management is a field that deals with initiatives taken by general managers of a company involving the utilisation of resources (personnel, monies, etc). It includes developing policies, projects, programmes and plans which are designed to achieve these objectives, and then allocating resources to implement them.
