An ENS/UCAMS Cost Benefit Seminar, organized by DG XIII of the European Commission, will take place in Brussels on 21 February 1995.

The UCAMS project is part of the European Nervous System (ENS) programme of support for the establishment of trans-European networks between administrations, which is in turn part of the Commission's Telematics programme. UCAMS is developing a cost/benefit methodology specifically for use in trans-European telematic applications applicable to public administrations.

The purpose of the seminar is to present UCAMS to participants that are interested in setting up telematics projects. The projects could be internal to administrations, or could be established by consortia for projects under the Fourth Framework Programme. The seminar will present guidelines that define and guide how a cost/benefit analysis could be applied to these future projects.
